You will receive a mini-case outlining a lobby design challenge (it will be posted on Feb 11th). You will need to review the package materials and floor plans and then articulate your vision for repositioning the asset.
The deliverables for the project include:

Please submit via canvas a short (approx. one page) vision statement for your redevelopment work. You will need to discuss what your big picture and goals for the project you are trying to achieve, along with a detailed space plans.
Be as specific about type of tenants or suggested tenants to help convey your plans
Mark Up of the Plans
You should also include a mark up of the plans (can be handwritten and scanned or manipulated on the computer) to indicate any space changes.
• You need to determine what should be done with Wells Fargo Atrium – it cannot be knocked down. The complex has a significant amount of vacancy and 400,000 sq. ft. of large office tenants rolling over the next 3 years
• Review the plans and market leasing reports. Assume any tenants with an expiration date before Feb. 2018 is on MTM {month to month) tenancy and can be out within 60 days. (ASSUME WE ARE IN FEB 2018)
• What is your big picture vision? How would you propose going about making that vision a reality
• If you decide to re-tenant, then be specific about what type of tenants and how you are going to attract them to your building
• If you are going to add amenities for the office buildings, be specific about what type of amenities you are going to add
