Give a specific example of this happening to you; be sure to include in your answer how it represents priming.
This discussion has 2 parts, please answer both.
1. According to the authors of your text, priming is an automatic and nonconscious process. When you watch TV and movies or engage in social media you are often exposed to outside priming (e.g. from advertisors or ‘Influencers”). Give a specific example of this happening to you; be sure to include in your answer how it represents priming.
2. Faulty and biased social thinking is often a result of the inappropriate use of schemas and judgmental heuristics; give a real-life example of this. Now, since you’ve just read Chapter 3, state a strategy that might help you or others combat these troublesome tendencies.
