He tells the nurse he doesn’t think it is worth it to undergo dialysis. How would you respond to him?
Keri , age 15, comes for her sports physical and has suspicious bruises. She tells the nurse she is being beaten by her biological father with whom she lives. She says she left her mom’s home because she was sexually abused by her mother’s boyfriend. She begs the nurse not to report it since she cannot return to her mother’s home. What actions should the nurse take?
