If you are applying for a job, wouldn’t it only be HR people? I’m not sure why you have stated such a large audience here, with students, etc.
Your challenge, goal, and key message need to be about you and your candidacy–more specific. A personal value proposition statement would be stronger: I am the perfect candidate for this job because I have Z, Y, and Z and will accomplish A, B, and C. A value proposition statement is like a personal mission statement. You are stating who you are, what you do, and the value added you bring to your customers/organization.
You will need 3 key arguments and 5 sources to back up why you are the perfect person for this job.
Your call to action is really the same as your goal and key message: I am the perfect candidate for this job because I have Z, Y, and Z and will accomplish A, B, and C.
The call to action here is about an entirely different plan. You state that the best leadership style will help the organization. Do you mean to write: I have a leadership style that is X, Y, and Z, and I hope to be part of the team that builds the future of this company. Get on your company’s website and read the news page to know about future initiatives.
