I attached two screenshots; they include instructions you should follow while writing the interview and an example of an interview.
It would be best if you introduced the actress and what you will discuss in the interview before you start with the questions.
Make sure to follow the interview instructions and write no more than 5 questions. The answers should be extended, understandable, and coherent to the subject of this task, and the questions should be broad and open-ended. You could maybe ask how the school helped the actress pursue her career, advice for the students. Link her success with the school.
The structure of the questions should be; a question about her background, her present life, then future goals.
